Two years ago I took possession of a trunk of photos that belonged to Barbara Ocheltree, a second cousin once removed. She died in 2003, and her executor couldn’t find any close family members to pass along her personal possessions. She turned to a local genealogy society, which tracked me down. A lot of the photos are of relatives who are in my family tree, but there are also photos of people who don’t share a recent common ancestor with me (Barbara’s father’s families). I am posting family trees for Barbara Ocheltree’s other families in the hopes that genealogists in those will come across these lists of names and take a look at the photos. Hopefully some of the people and places in the photos can be identified. If you are a descendant of one of the people listed here, there’s a possibility that some of your relatives are in these photo sets. In particular, there are a lot of unidentified people in the toy box
set.
